The Masquerade Player’s Guide announced for Summer 2023

Renegade Game Studio will release the much anticipated Vampire: The Masquerade Player’s Guide in early summer 2023. Renegade Game Studio made the announcement during the Renegade Con virtual panel on Friday. The book aims to collect all the rules of character building Vampire: the masquerade in one place, giving players an easy-to-access place to create their own custom characters. The book will also include new Discipline Powers, Blood Sorceries, and Thin-Blood Alchemy, also for the Oblivion Discipline. Also included in the Player Guide are four new clique types.

a Player Guide for Vampire: the masquerade was high on many players’ wish lists, as the character creation rules are currently scattered across several sourcebooks. This offers players an easy entry into the dark fantasy game, which focuses on vampires living in secret in human society and balancing their dark urges with the goals of their coterie and clan.

Other books were announced at Renegade Con on Friday blood signs, a sourcebook offering new blood sorcery and thin-blooded sorcery mechanics, and chicago by night, a new Vampire: the masquerade Source book. Both books are expected this year. Several other World of Darkness sourcebooks will also be released this year, including an all-new edition of Werewolf: The Apocalypse.

Renegade president Scott Gaeta took note The player guide, which was originally announced in 2022, was to be released in “early summer” 2023 and that it had run out for pre-order on the Renegade website.
