A new Star Wars Jedi: Survivor deal has been announced which offers the forthcoming Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order continued for “free”. Free is in quotes because while it’s technically true, it requires a hefty purchase to unlock the deal, just like “free” PlayStation Plus games or Xbox Game Pass games, but on steroids. That said, if you’re looking for a new CPU, it’s a good deal. However, you will need to specifically buy an AMD Ryzen 7000 CPU. With the purchase of a Zen 4 chip, you will receive a free PC code for the game, courtesy of AMD.
Called the AMD Ryzen 7000 Series Game Bundle, the offer is only available until April 1, 2023, a few weeks after the game releases in March. Which retailers are participating in offerings vary depending on where you are in the world, but in North America you can buy the bundle through Amazon, Newegg and many others. As for which chips specifically qualify, it’s the following: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, AMD Ryzen 9 7900, AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, AMD Ryzen 7 7700, AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, and AMD Ryzen 5 7600
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released worldwide on March 16. When it releases, it will be available not only on PC, but also on PS5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. You can read more about the Star Wars game below, courtesy of an official production description:
The story of Cal Kestis continues in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, a third-person action-adventure game spanning the galaxies from Respawn Entertainment, co-developed with Lucasfilm Games. This single-player narrative title takes place 5 years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and follows Cal’s increasingly desperate battle as the galaxy continues to descend into darkness. Pushed to the fringes of the galaxy by the Empire, Cal finds himself surrounded by new and familiar threats. As one of the Cal, the last surviving Jedi Knight, is driven to hold his own through the darkest times of the galaxy, but how far is he willing to go to protect himself, his crew and the legacy of the Jedi Order?
