Stone Ocean shares BTS Peek during the finale

Ai Fairouz keeps her role as Jolyne Cujoh pretty close to her heart and with JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean releasing its final episodes on Netflix, the role of the series’ first female lead saw the voice actor enter the business. With the final episodes hitting Netflix, the voice actor had to say goodbye to her role, reacting quite emotionally to leaving the anime adaptation in the process.

Jolyne isn’t the only character Ai Fairouz has voiced, with her biggest recent role outside of the Joestar world playing the mischievous Blood Devil known as Power in Chainsaw man. With the mighty foe as one of Denji’s strongest allies, Fairouz has chosen a worthwhile series to transition to following Jolyne Cujoh’s latest adventure in the last JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure season. Outside of these two franchises, you can catch Ai’s vocal talents in series like Yashahime: Princess Half-DemonThe sequel to Inuyashaand How heavy are your dumbbells that you lift?

Enough tears to fill the stony ocean

Ai Fairouz took to her official Twitter account to share the photo taken after her last recording session as Jolyne Cujoh, in which the voice actor couldn’t hold back her tears as she said goodbye to her character who had helped her get into the voice business in the first place:

Without getting too deep into spoiler territory, fans should prepare to say goodbye to Jolyne after Stone Ocean’s conclusion. While many seasons prior to this one saw the return of Joestars, the events of the final season create a wild new reality that helped transfer Hirohiko Araki to a wild new world. Steel Ball Run and JoJolion are set in new realities and they should be JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure returning with new seasons after the Stone Ocean Finale, the anime would most likely start with this incredible horse race.

Are you sad to see Stone Ocean coming to an end? Do you think Netflix will dive into the world of Steel Ball Run in the future? Feel free to let us know in the comments or call me directly on Twitter @EVComedy to talk about all things comics, anime and the world of the Joestars.
