A seller is targeting the housing market…but is offering a free G-Wagen with purchase.
Rising interest rates can squeeze the real estate market, but a seller sweetens the deal with that Offer of a Mercedes-AMG G63 next to the luxury house.
Located in Melbourne’s leafy Ringwood North suburb, the 80-square-foot home features six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 14-car garage – along with the Mercedes-AMG.
The seller appears to be a purveyor of fine automobiles, with a picture of the garage of the house containing a Toyota GR Yaris Hot Hatch, an original Fiat 500, a Lamborghini Murcielago supercar, a Triumph Sprint, a classic Ford Mustang, a Holden van and two feature Ford Falcons – along with a black and white mural celebrating World Champion Lewis Hamilton’s Formula One career.
While unconfirmed, the G63 appears to be a W463 model built before 2018 and powered by a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 – worth around $200,000 depending on spec and mileage .
The ad says the AMG is black with black on a tan interior, with optional carbon-fiber trim and an Alcantara headliner, and with a Brabus front fascia with a bullbar.
For anyone with $3.6 million to spare and need a Mercedes-AMG G63 – and a place to put it – the listing can be viewed at domain from click here.
