Star Trek: Picard‘s final season introduces the USS Titan-A to the Star Trek universe, and showrunner Terry Matalas introduces the ship’s bridge crew. The USS Titan-A builds on the legacy of the original USS Titanthe ship that William Riker (Jonathan Frakes) took command of after leaving the USS Company behind. However, the ship is under a new captain ashes Star Trek: Picard Season 3 begins, one played by Todd Stashwick, and Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan) serves as the commanding officer aboard the ship. Now we know who else will fill the crew of the new ship bridge.

Matalas previously confirmed that the Titan-A is Star Trek: Picard Season 3’s ‘heroship’, where most of the action will take place. He introduced the ship’s crew via a Twitter thread.

Ensign Sidney La Forge

At the helm is Ensign Sidney La Forge. She is the daughter of Geordi La Forge, although she did not follow in her father’s technical footsteps.

“Beginning with: Ensign Sidney LaForge – Helmet,” Matalas tweeted. “Unlike her sister, Alandra, she didn’t want to build ships, she wanted to fly them.”

Lieutenant Matthew Arliss Mura

Lieutenant Matthew Arliss Mura is a Bajoran and the Titantactical officer. He has been serving on the ship for some time.

“Meet Lieutenant Matthew Arliss Mura,” Matalas tweeted. “Tactical – has served on the new Titan for the last 3 years and is exactly who you want on that station when you hear ‘give ’em everything we’ve got!”

Lieutenant T’Veen

The Titan has a Vulcan as a science officer. Lieutenant T’Veen was apparently highly sought after for the position.

“Meet Lieutenant T’Veen, Science Officer. Vulcan,” Metals tweeted. “Several captains fought to get her on their bridge. The Titan has won.’

Ensign Kova Rin Esmar

Ensign Kova Rin Esmar, a Halian, takes the communications position. Their CV speaks for them.

“Meet Ensign Kova Rin Esmar. Haliian. Communication,” Metals tweeted. “They graduated top of their class and speak more than 72 foreign languages.”

Captain Liam Shaw

Captain on the bridge. Captain Liam Shaw commands the USS Titan.

“All commanded by Captain Liam Shaw,” Matalas tweeted. “A former engineer with a long history in Starfleet. More about him later…”

Cmdr. Seven of nine

And finally, Seven of Nine is the ship’s first officer. An “accelerated Starfleet program” explains how she rose through the ranks so quickly, likely justified by her field experience on board Traveler and as a Fenris Ranger.

“Last but certainly not least, meet the Titan’s first officer who has been placed in an accelerated Starfleet program against her own judgment,” Matalas tweeted. “Well, more about her on February 16!”

Indeed, the last season of Star Trek: Picard premiered on February 16. The first two seasons are streaming now Paramount+.
