Blizzard Entertainment today released a new update for Overlook 2 that nerfs the character Roadhog, among several other changes. The past weeks and months Overlook 2 players have asked Roadhog for nerfs because the character seems to take way too much damage, especially as a tank. And while it remains to be seen whether these changes are well adhered to, it seems that many will be quite happy after this update.
Blizzard rolled out across all platforms today and has now released its second 2023 patch Overlook 2. The main thing about this patch is that it reduces the damage Roadhog now deals, meaning he’s less likely to defeat opponents once. Roadhog’s Chain Hook ability has drastically reduced his damage, while his Scrap Gun’s damage has dropped a bit as well. While Roadhog has been polished in some small ways as well, overall this is a pretty big nerd for the character.
In addition to Roadhog, Blizzard also made a few minor tweaks to Orisa, Sojourn, and Kiriko in this patch. Overlook 2. And as usual, this update also brought out a handful of bug fixes, meaning some of the game’s persistent issues should now be fixed.
