One of Netflix’s newest documentaries has a perfect rating on Rotten Tomatoes. For fans of 90s pop culture, Pamela: a love story hits a perfect average on the review aggregator site. Netflix has taken the step of announcing its own narration of the supermodel’s history after so many projects have been made about her and the wild life she’s witnessed. Today, Anderson enjoys a much quieter life. She still occasionally takes the spotlight, but uses her platform for causes she deems worthy. The doctor gives an introspective look at her life so far and also focuses on her family. Something not often mentioned in the other media treatments that have premiered on other streamers. “Of course it’s emotional for me,” Anderson said. “It’s just all these wonderful memories and also hard memories. But I wanted to go back to those feelings and feel those feelings… That’s how I wrote my book. I wanted to go through all the chapters of my life and feel those feelings. It’s was difficult. It was very difficult.”

Pamela Anderson has a lot of emotions surrounding her story

“I think Brandon was a little emotional. Dylan was a little emotional when he saw it,” she added. “Brandon has seen a lot of it. He’s been doing this for two years so this has been a long process and as a mom you never want to be a burden to your kids. But this was quite a fun family project but it had a lot of emotion to it fixed.”

Anderson says her sons encouraged her to tell her story on her terms. That made a world of difference for her. “[There’s] a little bit of anxiety before it comes out because this has actually been a year of therapy from my first memory to my last memory,” she admitted. “I’m really proud of it. It’s something I’ve written every word of. I had no employee. I had no ghostwriter, nothing.”

The Baywatch star continued, “It’s just one girl’s story of how I made it: a small town girl who went to Los Angeles and just had all the wild and crazy adventures I did and then circled back and went home. “
