Naruto promo teases Boruto’s Code Arc premiere

It’s almost time, everyone. If you’ve been waiting for the Boruto manga to tackle the Code arc, then you’ll blossom soon. After all, the show’s team confirmed the arc would drop in 2023, and now the first episode titles for the grand saga have gone live.

The to update was shared on social media today as the TV Guide listings in Japan were refreshed. In fact, three episodes of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations have been released, and you can watch them below:

  • Claw Marks – Episode 287
  • Prisoners – Episode 288
  • Qualification – Episode 289

As you can see above, it looks like these episodes are finally going to kick off the Code arc. If you’re up to date with the manga, you know what “Claw Marks” will set up. Code uses his ability to create dimensional claw marks to travel, and Code is determined to hit the hidden leaf. After all, it’s no secret that he’s after Kawaki, and the boy is chilling in the Hidden Leaf with Naruto and the whole Uzumaki gang.

As for the titles of the next episodes, we can expect a hostage. Manga readers will remember Code’s attack against Shikadai, and it’s coming to the television series soon. And before long, well – fans will see Code expand his grudge against Boruto, Kawaki, and the entire Hidden Leaf.

If you don’t know Boruto, you have time to brush up on the anime. The series is currently working on a special story inspired by the Sasuke’s Shinden manga. The Code arc doesn’t start until early February, so you’d better head over to Hulu or Crunchyroll to catch up!
