After several failed matches, Jake Paul finally returns to the ring to face UFC legend Anderson Silva later tonight, and during the weigh-in for their fight, Paul infused some WWE energy. Paul went all out, and when the video was thrown Triple H’s way, he was excited and wrote “GAME ON!”. You can check out Paul’s best version of Triple H in the video below.

Paul and Silva will compete at the Gila River Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, and the competition will last eight rounds. In the official announcement, Paul and Silva both spoke highly of the opportunity to participate in this fight.

“Anderson ‘The Spider’ Silva is the most versatile fighter the world has ever seen,” said Paul. “Just a year ago, he outclassed boxing champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and showed the world why he is often called the greatest fighter of all time. From MMA to boxing, every expert has said that Jake Paul will not fight Anderson. Silva They said Jake Paul is afraid of Anderson Silva and Jake Paul would lose to Anderson Silva Well to all the non-believers Jake Paul is fighting Anderson Silva It’s an honor to have the chance to ring the ring With the greatest UFC striker of all time, I will humbly walk into the ring on Saturday, October 29, touch gloves with a living legend and do my best to eradicate ‘The Spider’.”

“I know that in life everything has a purpose,” Silva said. “Nothing comes by chance. So I thank God for my health, my family and my team for giving me this opportunity to continue doing what I love most. I believe this will be and will be the biggest combat event of the year really making history in sport forever. See you on October 29.”

Originally, Paul was supposed to have his next fight against Tommy Fury, which was the second time that fight would take place, but again it fell through. Then Paul was supposed to fight Hasim Rahman Jr, and that fight was scheduled for August 6, but the fight was canceled due to weight issues related to Rahman’s side. Paul and KSI would then talk about a fight, but KSI would ultimately choose to fight against Luis Pineda and Swarmz instead of Paul.

Tonight’s event is already underway on Showtime PPV and FITE TV, and can be bought here.
