Prime Video miniseries tells the story published by bestselling author Taylor Jenkins Reid
This Wednesday, the 25th, the Amazon Prime video revealed the first teaser trailer from the miniseries ‘Daisy Jones and the Six’, adaptation of the bestselling author’s book of the same name Taylor Jenkins Reid. The cast includes names like Riley Keough (Mad Max: Fury Road), Sam Claflin (Me Before You), Suki Waterhouse (It Just Happens), Camila Morrone (Death Wish), Will Harrison (Manhunt), Sebastian Chacon (Penny Dreadful: City of Angels), Timothy Olyphant (Santa Clarita Diet) and Josh Whitehouse (A past present). The adaptation follows a 1970s band, their singer and their love of music. The historical fiction novel appeared in 2019 and was very successful with readers and became a bestseller (large number of sales). The 10-episode miniseries enters the streaming catalog March 3, 2023 and will be released weekly, every Friday, until March 24.
