Ferrari grants employees bonuses of up to 13,500 euros

Ferrari employees are thanked for a record year with a generous bonus.


After record profits, the supercar manufacturer Ferrari has announced that it will give its entire workforce big bonuses.

Around 5,000 Ferrari employees will receive up to €13,500 (AU$20,900). engine1 Reports on record sales and profits over the past year.

As reported earlier this month, 2022 saw Ferrari build the most cars in a single calendar year, with a total of 13,221 vehicles reported sold – beating its previous record of 11,155 from the previous year.



While employee bonuses are around 12.5 percent higher than in the previous year, sales increased by 18.5 percent year-on-year.



“It’s no secret that we are no longer taking orders. We had such an interest without delivering a single car,” said Enrico Galliera, Ferrari’s chief marketing and commercial officer, in November 2022.

“We made a decision that we believe is consistent with the positioning of Ferrari and the model.”

The V12-powered SUV will be capped at 20 percent of the company’s total annual production output.
