After pleading his innocence to the trespassing and theft charges, Ezra Miller made a deal and took the blame for his crimes in exchange for a lighter sentence.
According to information received by the deadline. the protagonist of The flash has a court hearing this Friday (13) to settle the decision.
The actor is accused of breaking into a neighbor’s house and stealing three bottles of liquor. He would have to pay a $692 fine for the violation.
Ezra assaulted woman and is accused of grooming a minor
A video went viral online showing the artist hang a bar patron in Reykjavik, and although there was video evidence, he was not arrested or booked for what happened.
After that, there were two more cases in the Hawaiian state in the US, and in these cases Ezra was detained by the local police. This time the allegations were of disorderly conduct and physical assault. According to witness statements, Ezra threw a chair at a woman 26 years old at a party in the town of Pahoa.
These weren’t even the worst legal messes the actor has been involved in. In June, the parents of young Tokata Iron Eyes accused Ezra of offering drugs such as LSD, marijuana and alcohol to the girl when she was just 14 years old. Ezra was already 25 at the time.
Ezra was also accused of influencing Tokata to drop out of college and emotionally and psychologically manipulating her. When they went to pick her up from the actor, her parents claimed so she had marks on her body caused by him.
“Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threats of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to dominate young teens like Tokata,” according to a court report filed by the Iron Eyes family.
Amidst all the confusion, it seems things could be changing for the artist. In August last year, he spoke about the allegations and arrests and apologized for the way he had behaved.
He also promised to seek professional psychological help. “I am determined to do the work necessary to return to a healthy, safe and productive phase of my life,” he said in a public statement.
The flash is expected to premiere in theaters across Brazil from June 23 this year.
